RAMH
Education aims to raise awareness, challenge stigma
and provide information on a variety of mental health
topics throughout Renfrewshire and East Renfrewshire.
We
provide:
Talks, training, discussion and information stands on mental health matters, tailored
to specific areas of interest (i.e. what is mental health, stress management, health and wellbeing and stigma). We work in schools, at
workplace team days, at health awareness events, colleges and in community settings.
An information
service available to individuals and groups aged between 16 to 65.
A range of bespoke
information leaflets relevant to mental health, services and well being.
Advice on relevant
contacts or referrals to other services.
With over 12
years experience we can cover all mental health topics.
Our vision is to deliver services to
individuals and their families in their local community,
to enable recovery from mental ill health and promote
well-being.
