Open Futures is part of a multiple partnership service which delivers both Positive Activity & In Work support to people perceived to be furthest from the labour market and who are identified as having one or more of the following barriers:
- Mental Health Issues
- Learning/Physical Difficulties
- Substance Misuse
- Offending Background
Open Futures is an integrated partnership service between Enable Scotland, Renfrewshire Association For Mental Health and Apex Scotland and provides specialist employment assistance and guidance support to employers to identify and provide employment opportunities for Renfrewshire Workforce Plus participants.
Open Futures provides support to participants to identify and sustain employment using the “Supported Employment Model” which includes:
- Vocational Profiling
- Job Matching
- Job Analysis
- Job Support
- Aftercare
Open Futures offers both individual/groupwork interventions to participants as they progress towards employment. Support programmes are tailored to individual needs and can include: employability/personal development and on the job support.
