This service operates in East Renfrewshire only.

Springboard offers support for people who are experiencing mental health problems to focus on improving and developing their employability skills. Springboard can help you achieve your goals whether you are already in work, considering returning to work, thinking about further education, training or volunteering

Springboard can also provide employers with support and information on mental health awareness.

This services offers individuals the opportunity to participate in one-to-one and/or group settings to encourage personal development and promote awareness of other supportive agencies/resources in the community, enabling people to make informed decisions concerning their future progress.

The service includes a range of flexible and structured courses and activities including;

  • Anxiety/Stress Management

  • Relaxation Techniques

  • Confidence and Self Esteem

  • Computer Skills ( in partnership with Reid Kerr College)

  • Employability Skills - inc. CV preparation, completing application forms, interview skills.
